Roy Johnson MBA, BSc
Roy works as a coach and trainer with leading companies, such as AIT, BMW, Cadbury Schweppes, J Rothschild, Halifax, Unigate and Vodafone. He helps directors and managers to improve performance, manage change, develop strategy and solve personal and inter-personal problems that inhibit performance.
Ten years in senior positions in Rank Xerox combined with training in NLP, solution-focussed counselling, team management profiling and inner game coaching enable him to develop innovative and practical solutions for companies and individuals in the process of performance improvement and change.
He is a qualified trainer of NLP, author of the best selling Gower publication, NLP in Training and co-author (with John Eaton) of Business Applications of NLP, also published by Gower, and Successful Coaching, which will be published by Dorling Kindersley in March 2001.
