Caroline Khambatta BSc
Caroline Khambatta has been developing people, individually and in groups for more than a decade, through training and coaching.
During her five years in telecommunications she was involved in information, behavioural and cultural change, in addition to setting up training to support specific business changes. Since 1996, she has been working independently in a range of sectors including telecommunications, finance, computing, construction, trade associations and the public sector. She provides coaching training and regularly coaches managers new to coaching at 3-COM.
Caroline has made her own unique contribution in the area of personal development. Working with groups of up to 140, she inspires them into action that generates real, effective results through small but consistent changes. She also coaches and facilitates meetings of large groups where clear links between individuals' development and the business plan need to be made for all.
After her initial training in creativity techniques in 1986, she has consistently developed her skills and qualifications in training. These include NLP and a range of effective learning tools. Whether she is working with the unemployed or at board level, she manages to get individuals to see more of their own potential and utilise it more effectively.
