Coaching Solutions

Coaching Solutions is a team of coaches, consultants and trainers who, through their shared passion for coaching, have come together to pool resources, experience and ideas. Our aims are to:

  • provide the highest quality service in coaching and people development
  • help people develop their potential, be aligned, focussed, motivated and successful
  • assist organisations to succeed through people
  • become a forum for developing and progressing best practice in coaching
We utilise NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Inner Game, Solution-Focussed approaches and a wide range of learning instruments. We combine tried and tested development tools with some of the latest innovations in the field of personal and professional development.

Coaching Solutions has been established by PACE, an award-winning training organisation with a decade’s experience of providing leading-edge training and coaching solutions for clients including BMW, Boots, Citibank, Digital, Du Pont, Halifax, ICI, Unigate, Vodafone AirTouch and Cadbury Schweppes.

Our coaches have also worked with individuals from many different backgrounds, including managers, directors, sports players, salespeople, designers, programmers, architects, teachers, artists, PAs, writers, accountants, parents, musicians, pilots, freelancers, actors and doctors.
